All the therapists are Koreans and the facial is very different from the normal traditional facial. All the therapy was done by hands and includes neck and shoulder massage. There are so many steps during the facial and the room is very cozy. I can see the instant glow and my face is so plump up after the treatment. Highly recommended to everybody who wants to achieve glowing and healthy skin like Korean.
